The conclusion allows you the opportunity to reflect upon what you have learned or to offer a solution to the problem.

The conclusion is your last chance to impress your reader.

When you end on a weak conclusion, it will pull your whole essay down.

Ask yourself: what do I want to the reader to have learned as a result of this essay?
